Step-by-step instructions

1 Source of truth
When a CDX listing links to a POS item (spotpro_item_id), SpotPro inventory quantity drives availability everywhere.
2 In-store sale
Ringing up in Sales Checkout decrements POS qty. CDX and ExtraCoins effective quantity drop to match — buyers cannot purchase what you just sold at the counter.
3 CDX wholesale order
When a dealer completes checkout on your CDX listing, quantity decrements through the unified channel helper and syncs back to POS.
4 ExtraCoins web order
Online storefront orders use the same effective quantity rules. Zero stock hides the buy button on web and CDX browse.
5 Restock
Receiving inventory (manual edit, stock buy, or fulfillment restock) increments POS and propagates to linked channels on save.
